Papi’s Dyn-o-mite Pimento Cheese

Mix in processor

8 oz cream cheese

3 Tbsp Papi's Sauce

4 oz diced pimento, drained

Combine cream cheese mixture with 1 1/2 c grated medium cheddar, 1/2 c sharp white cheddar, and 1/4 c mayonnaise.
