A teaspoon into my pizza sauce…

I bought the big bottle of hot sauce at the Collierville Farmers Market last week. I put a teaspoon into my pizza sauce on Friday. I tasted it and added another teaspoon. Tasted it again and added a tablespoon. Tonight I'm making moussaka and my husband suggested I add some Papi Joe's to the mixture. I started to get out the tablespoon and said what the hell: I got out the 1/4 cup. Gooood stuff.
