Pork Tenderloin, Chicken, Beef Marinate

3 Tbsp Papi's Sauce

1/4 c extra virgin olive oil

1/4 c ketchup

1/4 c soy sauce

2 tsp Italian herbs

2 tsp seasoning salt

2 cloves fresh garlic, smashed

 

Combine all ingredients and pour over trimmed pork tenderloins.  Marinate overnight.  Grill over high heat, basting with marinate for 10 minutes each side.  For nice juicy medium... Do not overcook.  Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
